Radio Frequency microneedling (RFMN) is a minimally invasive skin treatment that addresses these issues by renewing the skin and thereby improving firmness and texture.
A Radio Frequency microneedling skin treatment device uses thin micro-needles to generate tiny punctures on the skin. The little punctures cause the skin to manufacture elastin and new collagen.
Furthermore, radio frequency energy is generated by little needles called as electrodes. RF microneedling delivers radiofrequency radiation deep into the dermis (skin layer), correcting skin defects such as scarring while also tightening the skin.
By using radio frequency energy, RF augments the standard microneedling method. The generated energy warms the deep layers of the skin, producing constriction and tightness. The device’s fundamental concept is to transport RF energy directly into the subdermal layer of the skin, and it is custom-made for each individual’s needs and skin type. The gadget is regarded relatively safe since it is designed to protect the topmost layer of the skin, which is typically prone to injury, especially if one has a darker complexion.
After a few days of therapy, there are visible changes in skin texture. The body gradually produces more collagen, with the ultimate benefits appearing after 2-6 months. More intensive treatments may result in peeling skin while the new skin layer regenerates. The needle marks left by the therapy faded in four days. The first treatment has an impact after 2-6 months. Once the therapy is completed, the results are permanent.
