Juvelook Biostimulator Dubai | Under-Eye & Perioral Skin Rejuvenation

The New Era of Regenerative Skin Quality

Today, aesthetic medicine is more concerned with structural biorejuvenation rather than large volumes of augmentation treatments. The sophisticated patient expects not only good results but also results that respect natural beauty while counteracting the microscopic signs of aging. While conventional dermal fillers are perfect to replace volume in static areas, they often fail in areas where restoration of the skin’s texture and elasticity is necessary.

Juvelook is a revolutionary hybrid biostimulator designed specifically to address these clinical challenges. By blending together the instantaneous volumization effect of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and collagen induction provided by Poly-D, L-Lactic Acid (PDLLA), Juvelook presents a proven therapy for difficult-to-treat areas, such as the fragile region underneath the eye and the mobile area around the mouth.

The Scientific Architecture of Juvelook

Juvelook is developed by VAIM Inc. (Seoul, South Korea) and consists of two synergically acting ingredients in a single well-balanced formula:

Poly-D,L-Lactic Acid (PDLLA) – 42.5 mg: Induces stimulation of the host fibroblasts, which produces collagen and elastin fibers, contributing to skin rejuvenation through biological remodeling.

Non-Crosslinked Hyaluronic Acid (HA) – 7.5 mg: Provides immediate hydration and initial volumization effects, thus giving visible changes on the patient’s face already during the first treatment session.

The microparticle-based formula that differentiates Juvelook’s PDLLA is characterized by the unique structure of each microparticle. Specifically, all of them have the form of a sphere with a porous reticular interior, and the diameter of microparticles varies between 30 and 70 µm. This makes it possible for microparticles to disintegrate slowly from the inside, causing gradual change of acidity level surrounding them — a key aspect of minimizing inflammation and enhancing tissue compatibility of Juvelook.

Important clinical note: Even though Juvelook product features significantly decreased likelihood of nodules due to its porous structure in comparison with previous generations of biostimulators, nodular reactions are still recognized complications that occur more frequently with the use of large microparticles, unexperienced practitioners, or improper reconstitution technique.

Primary Treatment Zones

As opposed to macro-volumisers used for deeper structures, Juvelook is specifically designed to treat more sensitive areas where fine tuning is essential.

1. The Under-Eye and Tear Trough Complex

The skin around the eyes is extremely thin and does not have any notable subcutaneous fat reserves. Crosslinking fillers, used in such area, may cause the so-called Tyndall Effect (bluish coloration due to light scattering) together with excess fluids and swelling.

There is an alternative available in the form of Juvelook. Various clinical images, obtained using such techniques as ultrasound, CT and MRI, demonstrate excellent biocompatibility and tissue compatibility after Juvelook injection into the tear trough. Non-crosslinked Hyaluronic Acid will immediately provide additional volume, and the micro-particles will gradually remodel collagen and contribute to the natural thickening of periorbital skin, hiding hollowing and subdermal vessels while avoiding fluid retention problems that conventional fillers may bring about.

Delivery of Juvelook into tear troughs via cannula is highly recommended.

2. The Perioral Region (Around the Mouth)

Vertical lip lines, also known as perioral rhytids, are formed by the constant contraction of orbicularis oris muscles along with progressive dermal atrophy and reduced skin elasticity. Traditional fillers, which are often used on such areas, have a tendency to create a hard appearance, causing disruption of the natural lip dynamics.

Juvelook solves this problem differently since it helps to increase the thickness and strength of the dermis thanks to neocollagenogenesis. This means that it restores the structural deficiency instead of filling it, leading to softened vertical wrinkles, while maintaining natural lip dynamics.

In terms of clinical application, Juvelook is administered intradermally or to the superficial subdermal plane in the perioral area – without deep muscular attachments – thus, ensuring proper dermal density rebuilding without hindering natural facial dynamics.

3. Full-Face Textural Refinement and Accordion Lines

Moreover, apart from treating the above mentioned focal regions, Juvelook acts as a good universal skin condition improver. Specifically, it works best for accordion lines – dynamic wrinkles that occur vertically on cheeks due to facial animation. Using micro-papular or mesotherapy methods of injection, Juvelook may be applied all over the face to solve various skin problems, including enlarged pores, superficial scars from acne, and uneven skin texture.

The Treatment Journey

Delivery Techniques

Micro-Cannula: A blunt-ended cannula passes through the subdermal layer without causing any trauma. The preferred method for treating tear troughs, this injection poses much lower bruising and injury risk than other methods.

Fine-Needle Micro-Papule Injection: An accurate intradermal treatment method, which works well for perioral wrinkles, fine lines, and superficial scars.

Recommended Protocol

Three initial sessions, four to six weeks apart, are usually recommended. There are two stages: the immediate volumising action of HA immediately following treatment, and then a restructuring period during which the patient’s body begins producing its own collagen over a period of 2–4 months.

Elevate Your Skin Quality from Within

Juvelook is a major breakthrough in terms of regenerative aesthetics because the emphasis has now shifted from the addition of external volume to the restoration of skin quality from within. Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. How long do Juvelook results last?

Ans: The results of treatment using the standard Juvelook composition can be expected to persist for a period of 12 to 18 months after undergoing the full treatment regime. However, the length of time varies from person to person.

Q2. Is Juvelook safe for the under-eye area?

Ans: Yes, Juvelook is a scientifically evaluated solution to fill the periorbital area, with scientific proof available regarding its compatibility with the body. The porosity of the microparticles minimizes the chance of developing nodules, though it does not guarantee their complete absence. Should complications arise in the form of nodules, they can be resolved through the use of radiofrequency technology.

Q3. When will I see results?

Ans: A noticeable improvement in hydration and smoothening can be observed within days with regard to the HA element. Structural changes in skin such as increased thickness, elasticity, and decreased lines can only be observed gradually with time, over a period of 4-8 weeks, due to new collagen formation.

Q4. Is Juvelook the same as Sculptra or PLLA?

Ans: No. Juvelook contains Poly-D,L-Lactic Acid (PDLLA), and this is very different from Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA). PLLA is used in the drug called Sculptra. The D, L isomer structure results in a completely different particle structure, and Juvelook is also the only one with PDLLA combined with non-crosslinked HA.

Results Before and After Treatment

Juvelook can be used to improve fine lines, Under Eye & tear trough problems, improve acne scars and improve facial skin texture.
