Mariam Ebrahimi is a graduate of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sharjah with an honor degree.

She has wide clinical exposure at different health centers in UAE.

She is currently a member of the editorial board of EC Nutrition journal.

She has wide experience in planning specialized diets and implementing Medical Nutrition therapy to treat different medical conditions and diseases such as: Obesity and Weight management, Diabetes, Heart Diseases, Kidney and Liver diseases, and Gut diseases
